Unseen Films 15th Anniversary

Today is the 15th anniversary of Unseen Films. This means that I have been writing reviews and sharing them for one quarter of my life.  There are very few things in my life that have lasted as long as that.

Over the years I have got to do many things that I never thought I’d get to do. More importantly I have made a boatload of friends who I only connected to because of this crazy thing that is known as Unseen Films.

I am not going to go into a long smarmy piece recounting what has happened. Partly because if you’ve been following the website, you know what has happened and I don’t feel the need to rehash it. Mostly though I am not going to write it up because as is my tradition the anniversary is a review free zone; I won’t post anything on it (at least as far as I am concerned).

So, while I go off to do something not movie related- I want to thank all of you who read and write Unseen Films. Go raise a glass and toast yourselves and the site and let’s hope that there will be at least another 15 more years of fun and frivolity.
