An alcoholic man is at the end of his rope. He discovers his fathers old still in the woods and uses it to connect to his brother and his family.
This is an okay low key drama about a man trying to find himself. It's well acted and the sequences between the brothers have a lot of truth in them.
The problem with the film is that it's very low key and very slow. There really is no reason for this film to run two hours. There are too many quiet reflective moments for its own good. They result in a film that is a little too slack and as a result we don't really connect.
While not bad I'm not certain its going to stick with you.
