A young man who loves to mimic crows is sent to a fancy school and what happens.
I’m not sure how to really discuss this film. For much of the film it seems like it is one thing about an outsider boy who doesn’t really fit in and then it takes a seemingly odd turn in the final moments to become a film about finding a place where you can belong and it kicks your legs out from under you and leaves you a sobbing mess. It’s the final turn that is everything and it makes for a film that stays with you. Frankly I’m not sure how we get from crows to dance but what the hell it makes for an emotional ending.
Absolutely worth a look.
