In a fit of rage Brenda calls her brother Billy to let him know that she killed her mother in a fit or rage. She was wondering that since he is a magician, is there anyway that he could bring their mother back from the dead.
This is a frequently funny horror comedy that will put a smile on your face. This is a film that 99% of the time doesn’t go as you think it will, instead it just takes a pleasurable jaunt into the darker side of movies producing several very big belly laughs.
I really loved this film. I honestly stumbled into the film kind of unaware of what I was seeing and came out wanting to email my friends to tell them to put this on their Tribeca dance card.
If I must say anything bad it’s that the film decides to give us a sting in the tail that is completely unnecessary. Frankly if you clipped that bit out this would be a near perfect film that would be bound to delight people for years to come.
