Portrait of several disabled riders who are trying to get the MTA to make it so that people can actually use the system the film documents their personal struggles as well as the ways the MYA works to prevent the need to actually make a change. It’s a killer film that could easily be expanded into something more since this is a big story that needs to be told. More so since the covid crisis has put the upgrading of almost a hundred stations in peril.
