Ida is a film I admire more than like. I love the idea of a child being haunted by the monster parent becomes but there is something about the way the film presents it that doesn’t quite work for me. It doesn’t quite blend the way it should.. Don’t get me wrong the film is near perfect on every level, except it doesn’t quite blend into a satisfying whole.
Over all this is an interesting miss.
