EARTH (2019) Camden International Film Festival 2019
Portrait of the men and machines that move earth around the globe. We watch as people re-sculpt the world we live in and we hear discussions of what this means for the the places changes.
Visually stunning film is more observational than straight out informational. Yes people are interviewed and we watch as various projects are discussed, but mostly we watch as the earth is forever changed by than hand of man.
An overwhelming visual experience EARTH is a film that should be seen as big as possible so that one can truly experience the images. As interesting as the discussions are it is the image that haunt you and they are the reason that the film as is powerful as it is since we get unforgettable reminders of the damage we are doing to the world around us.
Recommended- especially if you can see this on a big screen.
