an incredibly short review of Queen of Niendorf (2018) NYICFF 2019
Ten year old Lea finds the girls in her town boring. She would rather hang out with the boys.
Good looking film is a moody coming of age film that feels like a long lazy summer afternoon. This is a sweet and lovely tale that will delight young ladies of Lea‘s age or ever were and can appreciate the shifting nature of growing up.
QUEEN OF NEINDORF plays this weekend and next at NYICFF. For tickets and more information go here
