The Corpse of Anna Fritz (2016)

Much loved and incredibly beautiful actress Anna Fritz dies suddenly at a party. Fearing chaos at the hospital where her body is taken the police say nothing. Pau, the morgue attendant at the place where the body was taken send photos of the dead girl to two friends who show up wanting to see the body, When he brings them to her their basic instincts take over setting the stage for a very unpleasant evening.

I'm going to give something away- this is not a supernatural story. This is something much darker. Who needs ghosts and demons when people can be pretty sick?

The film is divided into two parts. The tense build up waiting for something terrible to happen and then the tense follow through as things go south real fast.  Both parts dovetail nicely and you're going to have white knuckles as you grasp the arms of your chair waiting for the next bad thing to happen.

What a great little nail biter. Its a film that will have you squiring in your seat as you ponder how more wrong things can go-much more wrong. This is one of those small gem films that is very likely to get lost if it' not pointed out to you.
